Bitter
buckwheat belongs to the knotweed dicotyledon,its
second name is F.tataricum.According to Compendium
of Materia Medical, bitter buckwheat is a little
bitter which is good to people’s eyes and can refresh
people’s strength. It contains the ingredients of
rutin and chlorophyl while can’t be found in other
grains. It also contains the mineral elements which
is a higher than other grains. Rutin have the effect
of soften the crisp of capillary vessel and can
